• EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer)
• Bank transfer (ZAR & USD)
• Invoice-based payments for companies and institutions
• USD payments via international bank transfer
• Cryptocurrency payments (USDT/USDC/BTC/ETH) — available upon request
• Other payment options can be arranged on request
Order Confirmation
Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
A payment confirmation and invoice will be sent to your email.
Pro-Forma Invoices
For laboratories, clinics, universities and research institutions, we provide detailed pro-forma invoices upon request (ZAR or USD).
Refunds & Cancellations
Refunds may be issued in the following cases:
• confirmed product defect;
• incorrect item delivered;
• cancellation before the order enters processing or production.
Refund processing time: 5–10 business days.
Taxes & Duties
• All prices include VAT for orders within South Africa.
