Extraction Principle

The BGNA-32P uses magnetic bead separation to isolate nucleic acids. After sample lysis, released nucleic acids bind specifically to magnetic beads. Unwanted proteins remain in the solution. The magnetic rod transfers the bound beads through lysis, washing, and elution steps, ultimately yielding highly purified nucleic acids.
